What Are Screwworms?
Parasitic fly larvae that infest open wounds, cuts, and sores.
They burrow into tissue and feed, causing infection and serious complications.

Signs to Watch For
- Foul-smelling discharge or pus from wounds
- Visible moving larvae in skin
- Open sores that won’t heal
- Excessive licking, chewing, or grooming at specific areas
